DNM2 mutations have been reported to be associated with poor prognosis in a variety of tumors, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, thyroid cancer, prostate cancer, etc.29In this study, the two types of solid cancers with DNM2 mutations were lung cancer and colon cancer. This evidence concerns the gene DNM2 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
