RHO and melanoma: Comparative co-labeling analyses further revealed that the Rho-GTP biosensor (Anillin-RBD-eGFP) appeared significantly earlier on vesicles in swipΔ1 mutants compared to wild type (Fig. 4J), suggesting that Swip-1 might affect Rho signaling as previously observed in cultured B16F10 melanoma cells (Huh et al., 2015), which in turn affects actomyosin activity.
