In contrast, CAT (HR = 0.48 [0.41-0.56], logrank P < 1e − 16), ESR1 (HR = 0.75 [0.66-0.85], logrank P = 1.2e − 05), MAPK14 (HR = 0.63 [0.55-0.72], logrank P = 2.9e − 11), CASP9 (HR = 0.7 [0.62-0.8], logrank P = 6.9e − 08), PIK3CG (HR = 0.39 [0.31-0.48], logrank P < 1e − 16), and PPAR-α (HR = 0.57 [0.49-0.68], logrank P = 2e − 11) mRNA high expressions were associated with significantly improved OS in all NSCLC patients (P < 0.05); i.e., survival was higher in the high expression group than in the low expression group. Here, PIK3CG is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
