The results showed that MTHFD2 may be involved in various intracellular tumor-related biological processes including the cell cycle, DNA mismatch repair, DNA replication, cancer pathways, methionine metabolism (Figures 6A–E), and Wnt, MAPK, PI3K-AKT, JAK-STAT, and NF-κB signaling pathway activation (Figures 6F–J).
