Gruijl et al. [33] found that the expressions of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-12 in invasive cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in cervical precancerous lesions, IFN-γ and IL-10 mRNA were associated with the presence of IL-12 p35 and p40 transcripts. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and cervical carcinoma.
