CD4 and Cirrhosis: Using CIBERSORT algorithm to analyze the immune differences between normal and cirrhotic tissues, we found increased infiltration of neutrophils, regulatory T cells, T cells follicular helper, gamma delta T cells, CD4 T memory activated cells, CD4 T memory resting cells, CD4 T memory naive cells, resting NK cells, activated NK cells, activated mast cells, resting mast cells, naïve B cells, memory B cells, plasma cells, and M1 macrophages, as well as reduced infiltration of M0 macrophages may be associated with cirrhosis pathogenesis.
