CD14 and Stroke: In the ET-1 injected rats, nanoflow cytometry of dual-labelled TMEM119+/CD14+ events/μL of plasma were significantly increased systemically 28 days post stroke (13,925 eV/ μL ± 1372) in comparison to baseline samples collected from the same rats (7238 eV/μL ± 816.1, p = 0.0078) and 28-day samples from the saline injected control rats (8933 eV/μL ± 1591, p = 0.0401) (Fig. 4D, E).
