On the other hand, during G-CSF–induced myelopoiesis, CD11b+ B cells did not emerge in the BM (Fig. S4 a) and an IL-10 deficiency in B cells did not alter the numbers of myeloid cells and their progenitors in the BM or spleen (Fig. S4, b–d), which suggests that the contribution of M-B cells in myelopoiesis is limited to situations of infection/sepsis.
