Figure 1, C–G; Supplemental Figure 1, B–E; and Supplemental Table 1 show that the growth ability, colony formation ability, and chemoresistance of cells with FAM117B knockdown were significantly weakened, while those of FAM117B-overexpressed cells were markedly enhanced. Moreover, restoring FAM117B expression could abolish FAM117B knockdown–induced gastric cancer cell growth inhibition and chemosensitization (Supplemental Figure 2, A–G, and Supplemental Table 2).
