On POD 5, patients who developed symptomatic AL had greater median CRP (67.3 vs.16 mg/L, P = .000), CAR (1.67 vs. 0.41, P = .000), PCT (1.99 vs. 0.06 ng/ml, P = .000), GLU (8.63 vs. 6.22 mmoL/L, P = .002), and LCR (0.13 vs. 0.07, P = .000) than those without (Supplement Table 5).
