This analysis revealed that CD276 was highly expressed in almost all categories of tumors, including BLCA, BRCA, CHOL, COAD, esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), LUSC, PRAD, stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) and thyroid carcinoma (THCA) (Supplementary Fig. S1A-P), whereas CD276 was lowly expressed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PAAD) (Supplementary Fig. S1A). Here, CD276 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
