We further assessed the association between CD276 expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of the different tumor stages, and found that CD276 expression was higher in more advanced individual cancer stages for almost all types of tumors, including ACC, BLCA, BRCA, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), STAD, THCA, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) and uveal melanoma (UVM) (Supplementary Fig. S2A-SM and S2P-ST).
