A cross-sectional study of 30 breast cancer survivors on AIs was performed to assess the associations between self-reported scores of psychosocial measures of depression, anxiety, and stress assessed by validated questionnaires with markers of inflammation (CRP; IL-6; IL-18), aging (p16INK4a), and endothelial function (ICAM-1, EndoPAT ratio). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and major depressive disorder.
