Concerning copy number aberrations (CNAs), the top amplified genes in the samples from the primary tumor were ERBB2 (6/19, 32%), AURKA, PPM1D (4/19, 21%), and FGFR1 (3/19, 16%), while in the metastatic samples ERBB2 (7/17, 41%), CDK12, FGFR1 (4/17, 24%), and AURKA, MDM4, MYC (3/17, 18%). Here, MYC is linked to neoplasm.
