As shown in Figure 5, expression of PLEKHA4 was significantly increased in glioma tissues compared with normal tissues, and high expression of PLEKHA4 was significantly associated with age over 60 (P < 0.001), WHO grade IV (P < 0.001), IDH wild type (P < 0.001), 1p19q noncodeletion status (P < 0.001), and glioblastoma (P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene PLEKHA4 and central nervous system cancer.
