Of the 703 cases, removal control/normal (not all items have control/normal) and retention of clinical information, patients with high PLEKHA4 expression had significantly shorter OS, DSS, and PFI than those with low PLEKHA4 expression in all gliomas (Figures 3(a)–3(c), both log-rank P < 0.001) and LGG (Figures 3(d)–3(f), both log-rank P < 0.001). The gene discussed is PLEKHA4; the disease is glioma.
