APOB and colorectal carcinoma: Notably, the apoB/A ratio that combined apoA1 and apoB presented the best ability to differentiate the CRC patients into two groups with distinct prognosis, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year OS rates of the high and low apoB/A ratio were 87.1%, 54.3%, and 37.1% vs. 92.5%, 72.0%, and 59.5%, respectively (P=0.001, Figure 4).
