Laboratory tests showed normal pituitary function and confirmed G2 hypothyroidism [TSH 130.0 μIU/ml (0.27–4), ↓ FT4 0.10 ng/dl (0.7–1.48), FT3 2.0 pg/ml (1.71–3.71) ↑ thyroglobulin 187 ng/ml (normal range 3–40)]. Here, TG is linked to hypothyroidism.
