The “Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes” (KEGG) pathway analysis highlighted the most significant changes in their gene expression of ln-aT bASCs in the cell-cell receptor interaction (33 genes), pathways in cancer (40 genes), TNF signaling pathway (20 genes), PI3K-Akt signaling pathway (30 genes), and the chemokine signaling pathway (23 genes), compared to ln-dT bASCs (Fig. 3E). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and cancer.
