At last, K14-VEGF mice were treated with PDE-4 inhibitor to investigate changes in the intestinal microbiota following the alleviation of psoriasis-like skin phenotype and our results showed that PDE-4 inhibitor alleviated psoriasis-like phenotype accompanied by the recovery of intestinal microbiota, including increased Parabacteroides distasonis and decreased Prevotella in the colon of K14-VEGF mice. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and psoriasis.
