S100A7 and psoriasis: Our results showed that administration of oleic acid and stearic acid aggravated the pathogenesis of psoriasis-like skin phenotype, including the exacerbating symptoms (Supplementary Fig. 8a, b), an increase in the skin inflammation and epidermis thickness (Supplementary Fig. 8c–e), increase mRNA expression of IL-17A, IL-23, S100A7, and decrease mRNA expression of KRT10 in the skin lesion area (Supplementary Fig. 8i–l).
