Silencing of the m1A demyltransferase ALKBH3 inhibited the AKT1S1 and ERBB2 expressions, which are the key molecule of PI3K/AKT/mTOR and ErbB signaling pathway, suggesting that m1A modification plays an important role in the development of HCC [30].
