IFNA1 and infection: At 3 h post infection the IFN-Υ level was decreased to 68%, p < 0.0086 which decreased significantly at 6 h (60%, p < 0.0003), 12 h (42%, p < 0.0001) and finally decreased to the level 37% (p < 0.0001) at 24 h post infection (Fig. 5) when compared to the level expressed at 0 h post JEV infection.
