YanZhang designed an NKG2D CAR T-cell-fused NKG2D extracellular domain and 4-1BB and CD3z, which showed a strong antitumor effect against NKG2DL-positive cervical cancer cell lines in vitro as well as xenograft mice in vivo without toxicity [53]. This evidence concerns the gene KLRK1 and cervical carcinoma.
