Importantly, the lower CD3+CD4+CD69+T/CD3+CD8+CD69+T ratio (≤0.2697) was independently associated with the poor ICU discharge in patients with G- bacterial sepsis, indicating that the elevated activation of CD3+CD8+CD69+T cells may regulate the excessive inflammatory response of G- sepsis, thereby resulting in the poor prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and Sepsis.
