AKR1C2 and gastric cancer: The results demonstrated that higher expression level of AKR1C2 was correlated to better OS (HR = 0.7, 95% CI = 0.58–0.84, p = 0.00015), FP (HR = 0.67, 95% CI = 0.54–0.84, p = 0.00034) and PPS (HR = 0.65, 95% CI = 0.52–0.82, p = 2e-04) in all GC patients (Fig 2A–2C).
