Indeed, in CART patients at leukapheresis and healthy controls, it turned out that CD3+CD8+CD27-CD28- T cells are also highly enriched for CD45RA+CCR7- TEMRA cells (72.3±18.8% in healthy donors vs. 59.2±19.2% in lymphoma patients), the rest of the cells presented with a CD45RA-CCR7- EM phenotype, which is compatible with their relationship to EM3 cells (Figure S4). The gene discussed is CCR7; the disease is lymphoma.
