Indeed, when we examined the overall study population of r/r DLBCL patients in that regard, we found significantly higher percentages of differentiated CD3+CD27-CD28- (28.7 ± 19.0% versus 6.6 ± 5.8%; P<0.001), CD3+CD27- (38.6 ± 19.2% versus 19.6 ± 11.9%; P<0.001) and CD3+CD28- (41.7 ± 19.6% versus 15.5 ± 8.5%; P<0.001) PB T cells when compared to age-matched HC (Table 3; Figures 2A and S3). Here, CD27 is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
