In silico, UALCAN analysis showed higher CXCL1 transcript levels in BlCa samples compared with normal bladder mucosa tissues, and, according to GEPIA and GEO database analysis, higher CXCL1 was significantly associated with shorter OS (Sun et al., 2021b) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
