The results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between poor overall survival (OS, p < .05, Figure 3) and increased expression levels of PTPN1, PTPN6, and PTPN7 in all AML patients, but was associated with low expression of PTPN13 and PTPN14 (OS, p < .05, Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene PTPN13 and acute myeloid leukemia.
