We found that samples with higher CKAP2L levels have higher JAK/STAT signaling pathway, interleukin (IL)-21 signaling pathway, NOTCH signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, P53 signaling pathway, WNT signaling pathway, ERBB signaling pathway, IL-1 signaling pathway, and RIG I signaling pathway scores, which means those pathways are activated in higher-CKAP2L ccRCC tissues (Figure 4C). This evidence concerns the gene SOAT1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
