The result showed that heart rate >100 bpm (OR, 4.444; 95% CI, 2.059–9.594; P < 0.001), SBP ≥160 mmHg (OR, 5.678; 95% CI, 2.560–12.597; P < 0.001), eGFR <60 ml/min (OR, 2.395; 95% CI, 1.184–4.844; P = 0.015), anemia (OR, 3.855; 95% CI, 1.895–7.842; P < 0.001), abnormal cTnT (OR, 2.802; 95% CI, 1.182–6.646; P = 0.019), ischemic cerebrovascular disease (OR, 3.438; 95% CI, 1.412–8.372; P = 0.007), and pleural effusion (OR, 7.858; 95% CI, 3.986–15.493; P < 0.001) were independent risk factors for in-hospital death in patients with TBAD (Table 5).
