c.1205G > A + c.667G > A variants showed hyperuricemia and severe renal failure, and c.1205G > A + c.680G > A variants showed significant pulmonary hypertension and mild renal dysfunction, and c.680G > A was a novel variant of SARS2. We found that in all cases, a single heterozygous variant did not result in HUPRA syndrome, and these carriers were healthy or had hyperuricemia. This evidence concerns the gene SARS2 and pulmonary hypertension.
