In Kaplan–Meier survival curves generated from scoring of 48 UM cases, immunohistochemical levels of CysLT2 did not demonstrate a significant association with overall survival (p = 0.69; HR 1.34; 95% CI 0.31–5.75) (Figure 1F) or survival from metastatic disease (p = 0.64; HR 1.39; 0.32–6.01) (Figure 1E), consistent with our previous data from UK patients (18). The gene discussed is CYSLTR2; the disease is metastatic neoplasm.
