Considering widespread application of anticancer and immunosuppressive agent CP for treatment of various malignant and non-malignant tumors and its side effects on male reproductive organs (Fusco et al., 2021 ▶) and due to the medicinal properties of R. canina L. fruit, the focus of the current study was to evaluate whether hydroalcoholic extract of R. canina L. fruit (HARF) can restrict the CP-induced oxidative stress in the testicular tissue. This evidence concerns the gene CP and cancer.
