CD4 and neoplasm: A recent study has identified six hypoxia-related lncRNAs (HRlncRNAs) that were associated with the prognosis of digestive system pan-cancer, and the HRlncRNA high expression group was positively correlated with increased tumor-infiltrating immune cells such as CAFs, macrophages, and myeloid dendritic cell, while they were negatively correlated with CD4+ T cells, suggesting an immunosuppressive TME (157).
