FIBP and breast cancer: We reported the top 5 BC risk genes (RP11-57H14.3, FIBP, ATP6AP1L, OVOL1, RP11-400F19.8) that are significantly associated with the largest number of DRFs, the 2 significant gene signatures (EndoPredict, Prosigna), and the top 5 KEGG pathways (Fatty acid metabolism, Insulin signaling pathway, Phenylalanine metabolism, RNA degradation, Tyrosine metabolism) that are significantly associated with the largest number of DRFs (Table 3).
