We reported the top 5 BC risk genes (RP11-57H14.3, FIBP, ATP6AP1L, OVOL1, RP11-400F19.8) that are significantly associated with the largest number of DRFs, the 2 significant gene signatures (EndoPredict, Prosigna), and the top 5 KEGG pathways (Fatty acid metabolism, Insulin signaling pathway, Phenylalanine metabolism, RNA degradation, Tyrosine metabolism) that are significantly associated with the largest number of DRFs (Table 3). The gene discussed is ATP6AP1L; the disease is breast cancer.
