In CRCR7P, we found that tumor-specific mutated PEX5 RNA expression was significantly higher than the expression of all genes in the primary site (Table 2); however, there were no peptide PEX5 fragments within the high range of binding affinity (IC50 < 50 nM) among the estimated 6740 peptide fragments from 104 mutated genes. This evidence concerns the gene PEX5 and neoplasm.
