PKM and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia: It has been reported that an L-phenylalanine polymer, Metabolic Reprogramming Immunosurveillance Activation Nanomedicine (MRIAN), can degrade into L-phenylalanine, which inhibits PKM2 activity and reduces ROS levels in myeloid-derived suppressor cells in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
