ChIP-qPCR was performed using primers that have been previously reported to amplify ZEB1 promoter DNA sequences bound by GRHL2 in human mammary epithelial cells and in PEO1 but not OVCA429 human ovarian cancer cells [17, 23] and another primer set that did not detect GRHL2 promoter interaction in ovarian cancer cells [17] (Fig. 6b). This evidence concerns the gene GRHL2 and ovarian cancer.
