Western blot data showed that sitravatinib markedly reduced the levels of p-FLT3, p-STAT5, p-AKT and p-ERK in primary blasts, demonstrating that the anti-leukemia activity of sitravatinib was coupled with the suppression of FLT3 signaling pathways (Fig. 6E-G). This evidence concerns the gene STAT5A and leukemia.
