Our results demonstrated interferon γ produced by Th1 cell participated in the formation of malignant ascites through suppressing the growth of the tumor and reducing peritoneal permeability in vivo, and CXCL9,10/CXCR3 axis mediated the recruitment of Th1 cells into peritoneal cavity through visceral peritoneum. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and neoplasm.
