We found that high levels of the 5 genes, PD-L1, ICAM-1, CXCL10, IRF1, and TAP1, were correlated with better survival probabilities in lung cancer patients treated with immunotherapies (N = 21, p = 0.17 for PD-L1, p = 0.28 for ICAM-1, p = 0.052 for CXCL10, p = 0.023 for IRF1, and p = 0.22 for TAP1, Fig. 2H). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is lung carcinoma.
