While the percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes proliferation when co-cultured with CD66b+CD10–- LDN in sepsis patients were much higher than that in positive controlled group (41.2 ± 6.7% and 48.7 ± 9.4%, respectively, P < 0.001), which means that CD66b+CD10–-LDN in sepsis patients could promote the proliferation of CD4 + and D8 + lymphocytes (Figures 6, 7).
