CD4 and Sepsis: When co-cultured with neutrophils of CD66b+CD10+/–-NDN and CD66b+CD10+-LDN in sepsis patients, the percentages of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes proliferation were significantly lower than that in control group (3.2 ± 1.4%, 4.3 ± 2.1%, 3.5 ± 1.8% and 2.8 ± 1.7%, 3.1 ± 2.0%, 3.9 ± 2.2%, respectively) (P < 0.001), which means CD66b+CD10+/–-NDN and CD66b+CD10+-LDN in sepsis patients inhibited lymphocyte proliferation.
