Results illustrated that a different expression level of KIF5A could be observed in neoplastic sites compared to that of the normal tissues, with the exception of bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene KIF5A and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
