By contrast, increased IGF2BP1 expression was associated with prolonged OS in UCS (HR = 0.87, P <0.01) and TAGET-NB (HR = 0.87, P = 0.03); increased IGF2BP2 expression was associated with prolonged OS in UVM (HR = 0.6, P <0.01); and increased IGF2BP3 expression was associated with prolonged OS in TAGET-ALL (HR = 0.6, P <0.01). This evidence concerns the gene IGF2BP2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
