First, we investigated the relationship between clinical parameters (patient sex, age, BCR-ABL1 (Ph+), E2A-PBX1, E2A-HLF, TEL-AML1, complex karyotypes, EMDs, conditioning regimens, transplant-related parameters, grafts, viral activation, and graft-versus-host disease) and DFS and OS of patients after transplantation. This evidence concerns the gene RUNX1 and graft versus host disease.
