Our analysis showed that the mRNA expression of CCL18, FCGR2B, and PRAME in GBM was significantly higher, and GABRD, SCN1B, SNCB, SYN1, TUBA4A, and VSNL1 in GBM were dramatically lower than those in normal tissues, while CCL8 did not show a significant difference between GBM and normal tissues (Figure 3A).
