Among the 10 candidates, high mRNA expression of CCL8, FCGR2B, and TUBA4A and low mRNA expression of GABRD, PRAME, and SYN1 were significantly correlated with worse prognosis, while the mRNA expression of CCL18, SCN1B, SNCB, and VSNL1 showed no connection to the overall survival of glioma patients (Figure 3C).
