Wei et al. (2020) collected 39 samples from patients (cancer samples and adjacent cervical samples) with cervical cancer and found that the expression of LINC00662 was markedly elevated in cervical cancer tissues in comparison with adjacent tissues. They subsequently used two CC cell lines (C33A and Caski) to investigate the function of LINC00662. According to their findings, LINC00662 facilitated cervical cancer progression and radioresistance via miR-497-5p adsorption and upregulation of CDC25A. This evidence concerns the gene CDC25A and cervical carcinoma.
