The proportion of γδT cells expressing the immunomodulatory protein B7-H3 (CD276) in the peripheral blood and tumor tissues of colon cancer patients was significantly increased, and B7-H3 inhibited T-bet (a transcription factor of the T-box gene family) in Vδ2 T cells by inhibiting to inhibit the expression of IFN-γ and Vδ2 T cytotoxicity by downregulating the expression of perforin/granzyme B (Lu et al., 2020). Here, CD276 is linked to neoplasm.
