By querying the immunohistochemistry of these genes through the HPA database, we found that AHNAK, ABCC9, and DIP2C stained deeper in normal tissues, and CHMP4C, CLIC3, DARS2, PLOD1, POU5F1, RAD9A, RUNX2, SLC3A2 stained deeper in tumour tissues (Figure 5C), which is consistent with their gene expression. The gene discussed is RAD9A; the disease is neoplasm.
