Based on the 50 Hallmark gene sets, we identified that patients in the high NMRS group had higher enrichment scores in PI3K-AKT-MTOR signaling pathway, GLYCOLYSIS, E2F_TARGETS, MYC_TARGETS, suggesting that patients in the high NMRS group had higher activation in pathways related to tumor progression.
