MIR155HG and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: Our data show an upregulation of the well know inflammation-related miR-155 (Supplementary Table S1) as well as its host gene MIR155HG, which is involved in pro-inflammatory response during chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Li et al., 2019) and against influenza A virus (Maarouf et al., 2019).
