The results indicated that ABCA8 (Figures 10A–C), COL4A1 (Figures 10D–F), LY6E (Figures 10J–L), MAMDC2 (Figure 10M–O), and TMEM100 (Figures 10P–R) effectively predicted OS, FP, and PPS (p < 0.05) in GC patients, while FAP could not predict OS, FP, and PPS (p > 0.05) (Figures 10G–I). The gene discussed is MAMDC2; the disease is gastric cancer.
